To make your piece last longer, hand wash with cold water and hang to dry. Never wash any braided clothing in a washing machine. Tie dye bleed is normal when hand washing tie-dye pieces.

Items ship within 7 days plus the desired shipping method you choose for your order at checkout. 

Please provide the exact date the piece will be needed by if it’s for a festival deadline in the note box BEFORE checkout. No shipping times are guaranteed for festivals but I will try my best to process orders as quickly as possible. I make every effort to finish pieces within our 4-5 week processing time.

Return Policy

We have a 14 day size exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Size exchanges are only allowed for the identical items that you originally bought. 

Due to the time spent on each item being created for each individual, we do not accept returns, or do refunds but will work with you to resolve any sizing or damage issues with your order.
